James 2 vv 14-17
What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?
If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them,
“Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,”
but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body,
what does it profit?
Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

Prayer:
Let us pray for these faithful women, who are seeking to make a difference in peoples’ lives by showing the love of Jesus Christ by their actions as well as by their words.
Heavenly father, we pray for this ministry, that those taking part will be inspired and directed by your Holy Spirit, protected from harm, given strength of body and mind, and given opportunities to help people physically, in their times of need, and spiritually by bringing them to faith in Jesus Christ as their Eternal Saviour.
